When the Arc of San Francisco, an organization for people with developmental disabilities, teams with Free Space, a group of civic artists, an amazing transformation takes place. The act of creating a mural breaks down barriers, encouraging participants to see themselves beyond the confines of their disabilities. The Mural is a film about the ability to express freedom through art.
