Jamie Fleming
Jamie Fleming is a twenty year veteran working at Disney and Universal Studios in motion picture marketing and studio operations. He has also been very involved with film distribution and financing. Jamie is currently the West Coast representative for Universal Studios Florida's, Production Group. Jamie has also provided assistance to major cultural institutions including Monticello, Winterthur Museum, Los Angeles County Museum, Ojai Music Festival and the Santa Barbara Museum of Art.

Bob O'Connor
Bob O'Connor was the Deputy District Attorney for Ventura County in charge of the Consumer Fraud Division - 1979-83. Bob then became the Acting Attorney General for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands 1983-85. He is a founding partner of the law firm of O'Connor Berman Dotts & Banes, the largest law firm in the Micronesian Islands. Bob is married to Bayarmaa with three children.
Ann Willard-Bevans
Always interested in the live theater and film, Ann Willard-Bevans has actively supported the arts as a volunteer for several local organizations. Her professional background is in advertising/ marketing. After a 22 year career working with the Ventura County Star, Ann created her own niche marketing company that specializes in cooperative marketing programs for the Travel and Hospitality Industry.
Herb Hemming Board President
Herb Hemming has spent most of his professional career as a picture editor for The Associated Press covering major news and sporting events throughout the world. He spent the last 6 years of his working life as the vice president of WireImage, the world's largest entertainment digital photography agency. Herb retired and moved to Ojai in 2006. He has been on the Film Festival board for 3 years.
Ruth Hemming
Ruth Hemming, a first-year Film Festival Board member, is a retired educator who spent almost 40 years working in the Ventura County Community College District. Dr. Hemming taught Journalism and English at Ventura College, was a founding faculty member at Oxnard College, and served in a variety of administrative positions at Moorpark, Oxnard, and Ventura colleges. She is also a major film buff, eagerly awaiting this year's Festival.
Sam Hamann
A graduate of Pepperdine University, Sam began his career in traditional art and graphic design. Work as an assistant to directors and producers of feature films and television led Sam to the world of Post Production where he has spent the last 20 years specializing in motion graphics,
compositing and special effects animation.
Steve Grumette Artistic Director
Steve Grumette is the founder and Artistic Director of the Ojai Film Festival. He has worked in the motion picture industry for more than thirty years as director, cameraman and editor. His collaborative project, "The Magic Machines," won the Academy Award for "Best Live Action Short Subject." His other films have won numerous festival awards, including top prizes at the American and Atlanta Film Festivals. While working as a consultant on the film "WarGames," he pioneered the use of live computer imagery in motion pictures and subsequently created computer effects for more than a dozen major Hollywood films.
Stuart Crowner
Stuart Crowner is a veteran producer of non-fiction television. His work has appeared on PBS, CBS, NBC, HGTV, Food Network, DIY and syndication. He has 6 Emmy nominations and an Emmy, this for the PBS series "Gardens of the World with Audrey Hepburn." His work spans the genres of documentaries, talk shows, variety specials and how-to programming.
Vicki Baldwin
In the 80's and 90's, Vicki Baldwin and her husband spent Labor Day weekends at the Telluride Film Festival in Colorado. One festival attendee said "We come here with beauty all around us and then we spend our time indoors." At Telluride, they were privileged to see Michael Moore's first showing of Roger and Me.. With any luck, Ojai may reveal another Michael Moore production in the making. Vicki and her late husband were partners in Al Frank Asset Management in Laguna Beach. Vicki is Secretary and Treasurer of the Board.
Lin Coleman
Lin Coleman attended Cal State Northridge's film school and then ffrom 1983-1987 worked as a production assistant for Harold Ramis's production company. She then set off into the world of film editing back when Moviolas were still in use! Embracing the technology of digital editing Lin continued to work in the "cutting room" for 18 years. Her film experience includes both studio films, such as "Groundhog Day," "Jackie Brown" and "Analyze This" and independent films, "Love at Large" directed by Alan Rudolph, "Hard Eight" Paul Thomas Anderson's film debut and and Wim Wenders, "Million Dollar Hotel." Lin and her husband Paul Massey recently moved to Ojai where she has "retired" from the film business to raise their daughter.

Joni Kearney
Joni Kearney is an independent casting associate, producer and writer. Joni worked in features for
Fenton-Taylor Casting at Universal. Her credits are:
Back To The Future II & III, Total Recall, Not Without My Daughter, The Freshman, Bird On A Wire, White Fang, Turner & Hooch and Triumph Of The Spirit.
Recently Joni has co-produced and written a short film and is currently writing her first screenplay. Joni is the Celebrity Talent Coordinator for the Actor's Panel at the Ojai Film Festival for 2010 & 2011.
